I let my blazed mind drive the car and we ended up at freyburg pool water fountain. (First rule of stoning: cure the dry's)
We saw this old asian guy climbing on that red rope playground and he looked like he was training some sort of martial art. He was so slow and composed, like Mr Miyagi off karate kid. So we decided to sit and watch him on a park bench. This was closely followed by us running onto the playground and swinging around screaming like monkeys, which at first startled Mr Miyagi but then he warmed to us and continued his training.
We then proceeded to pretend to be cricket commentators and gave a quick pitch analysis of the grass, this was closely followed by the discovery of headphones, which at the time i was in desperate need of. They worked well and are now in my inventory. Discovery of the sun was next on our minds as we walked down the jetty and sat at the end of it. The sun was literally directly in front of us keeping us warm on an unlikely winters day.
This was followed by a kung fu battle, which consisted of "flipping burgers" meaning you flip your opponents man breast and yell flip yah burger!
After seeing the sun and all its beauty we all knew that our next journey was to see the sunset, and the top of johnsons hill was the ultimate place to see it. After a hilarious mixing of radio station on the car ride, we arrived at johnsons hill prematurely to the sunset. We then got rid of all technology aside from a friends phone which had a torch on it and ventured up the bush walk. Little did we know that the bush walk itself was completely amazing, was like a rain forest. We were completely consumed by nature, which is one of my favorite feelings when i'm stoned.
Once we got to the top, we were amazed by the 360 degree view of wellington and the sheer height of our whereabouts. Passing a ball round in a circle while watching the sunset on one of the highest points in Wellington was pretty ideal for a stoned group of people. We stayed at the top for as long as we could just to soak in the incredible views.
Finally we slide down the bush walk, stopping once to see some glow worms. Then finally made it to my car, with one thing on mind, munchies. To end the momentous day we headed to pizza king and had a pizza banquet, a well deserved down buzz from a productive days stoning id say.
